Kim Bleiweiss graduated from the University of Utah with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology and a secondary teaching credential, so naturally, for the last 40 years, Kim has been in the dental industry!
Kim has worked in almost all facets of the dental industry, including: sales, marketing, product development, operations, management, training, and research & development.
In 2010, Kim decided to return to school to gain advanced degrees. To enhance his business acumen, he received an MBA; and, to enhance his training skills, he also received an M.Ed.
Kim’s varied experience in the dental industry has made him an accomplished trainer and consultant with expertise in management, sales, lean management, strategic management increasing market share, new & existing process management, and professional relationship cultivation. His background includes developing and delivering training, sales & marketing, lean management, creation and development of new products and departments, and generation of sales tools and techniques.
A true resource manager, his communication skills bridge the gap in core team leadership of cross-functional teams. His diverse industry background, strategic business training, relationships with key industry thought-leaders, and understanding of traditional and emerging technologies and management techniques provide him a comfort level in any situation and make him a valuable asset to any organization.
